Rajan Associates and a distinguished Chartered Accountant with over five decades of professional experience in audit, accounting, taxation, valuation, and advisory services. Operating from the firm's Head Office in Coimbatore, he has been instrumental in establishing and nurturing the firm's reputation for technical excellence, professional integrity, and client-centric service.
During the early years of his career with M/s. Frazer & Ross, he gained extensive exposure to statutory audits across diverse sectors, including estate enterprises, solicitor firms, and transport companies. He later served with The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. for over four and a half years, where he successfully handled complex accounting matters, financial reconciliations, and merger-related assignments, further strengthening his expertise in financial management and corporate accounting.
A veteran of the profession, Mr. Rajan possesses extensive experience in Government Audits, Bank Branch Audits, statutory audits, and other assurance engagements. Over the years, he has led numerous audit assignments for government bodies, public sector entities, and leading banking institutions, earning the confidence of clients through his meticulous approach, technical competence, and unwavering commitment to quality.
He is also a Registered Valuer approved by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and a Qualified Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to provide valuable insights in valuation, insurance claims, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
